Shipping & digital delivery

We sell digital browser-game licences only. No physical goods are shipped, no shipping address is required for delivery, and there are no shipping charges or courier tracking numbers.

Where to find your games

After payment is confirmed, eligible games appear in your game library on the purchasing account. Open a game in a compatible browser; no installer or downloadable archive is supplied. Pending, failed, and cancelled orders do not unlock the full game.

Delivery timing and troubleshooting

Access is checked when you open your library or a full game. Refresh after a confirmed payment and make sure you are signed in to the purchasing account. If access is still missing, contact us with the order number. We will check payment and entitlement records rather than ask you to buy again.

Device and connection requirements

A current browser with JavaScript and Canvas support and an internet connection are required. Try the free demo on your device before purchase. There is no cross-device cloud-save feature. The account service needs to be available to verify full-game access.

Availability and support

We do not promise perpetual hosting, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every device. Material service changes will be communicated where reasonably possible, and applicable consumer remedies remain available. A refund may revoke access for the refunded game; another valid purchase is assessed separately.
