This is a digital-game store. Track your order’s payment and delivery status here; there are no courier shipments. Use your order number and the billing email entered at checkout.

What your status means

• Pending payment: your order is saved; payment and full-game access are still outstanding.
• Processing / Completed: check your game library. Full access also requires a recorded payment and an unrefunded game item.
• Cancelled / Failed: this order does not grant game access.
• Refunded: the refunded purchase no longer grants access.
