Payment policy

All catalogue prices and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD). Purchases are one-time game licences, with no automatic renewal or recurring fees. Review the final order total before submitting an order.

Payment and order status

PayPal is the payment method shown at checkout. An order marked Pending payment has been recorded but is not paid. Creating an order or reaching an order confirmation page does not by itself authorise a charge or unlock a game. Only a confirmed payment changes the order to a paid state.

The current checkout records orders awaiting payment and does not initiate a PayPal charge. You can review or cancel an unpaid order from your account. Do not send money by email or to an alternative account.

Account and billing details

Sign in or create an account before checkout so your order and game access belong to the correct customer. Provide an accurate name, email, and billing country. We do not collect card numbers or PayPal passwords on this website.

Failed, interrupted, or duplicate payments

Check your account and your payment-provider record before trying again. If a provider reports a charge but your order remains unpaid, contact us with the order number and the provider reference. We will reconcile the records before granting access or arranging any refund.

Taxes and currency conversion

Any tax collected by the store must appear in the checkout total. Your payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control; review its terms. An unexplained total should be raised with us before payment.
