Cancellation policy

Cancel an unpaid order

Sign in, open My account → Orders, and use Cancel when the order is eligible. Cancellation records the order as cancelled and does not unlock any game. If no payment has been collected, there is nothing to refund.

After a confirmed payment

If payment has already completed, contact us for review under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Cancelling a browser tab or leaving checkout does not reverse a completed payment. Do not assume a payment has failed solely because a page did not load.

No subscriptions

All current products are one-time licences. There is no recurring plan to cancel and no automatic renewal to disable.

Store cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order for a verified pricing error, fraud concern, duplicate order, or inability to supply the described product. If money has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund and notify you using your order contact details. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
