Do I need to install anything?

No. These games run in a current browser with JavaScript and Canvas enabled. An internet connection is needed for account access.

Where is my order?

Sign in to My account → Orders or use Track your order. A Pending payment order is not paid and does not unlock a full game.

Can I get a refund?

Are there subscriptions or in-game purchases?

No. The current collection has no automatic renewals, paid upgrades inside games, loot boxes, or real-money rewards.
