ZHIJIAN PLAY

Terms of Service

Please read these 17 sections before using the store or placing an order. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

1. Who operates this store

Zhijian Play is operated by Shenzhen Zhijian Technology Co., Ltd (深圳市致饯科技有限公司), at Room 210, No. 12, Puxia Road, Liuyue North Community, Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Contact zhangmeiy2026@outlook.com. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases from its catalogue.

2. Scope and eligibility

Use the service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law, or with a parent or guardian responsible for the purchase. Product-specific information and mandatory consumer protections also apply. This service is not designed for children under 13.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account details, keep your password private, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. You are responsible for your lawful use of the account. Do not share account credentials or purchase access on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

4. Product descriptions and compatibility

Each listing describes the current game, controls, requirements, price, and full-version features. Illustrations show original artwork, not a promise of photorealistic graphics. Test the free demo on your intended device. No installer, physical copy, downloadable archive, multiplayer service, or cloud-save feature is included unless expressly stated.

5. Licence and intellectual property

After confirmed payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the purchased full browser game through your account while it is supported. No ownership of our code, artwork, or marks transfers to you. You may not redistribute, resell, copy the service, or remove access controls except where mandatory law permits. We do not claim affiliation with third-party game brands.

6. Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices and order totals are displayed in USD. Review the total, any collected taxes, and product details before ordering. Payment-provider exchange rates and external fees may apply. A material pricing mistake will be brought to your attention rather than silently charged at a different price.

7. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement records your request; it is not proof of payment. You must sign in before checkout. We may decline an order for a verified error, fraud concern, or inability to supply. If an accepted paid order cannot be supplied, appropriate remedies or a refund will be offered.

8. Payment and payment problems

An order is paid only when a valid payment is confirmed and recorded. Pending orders do not grant access. The current checkout records unpaid orders without initiating a PayPal charge. Do not send credentials or funds by email. Contact us to reconcile any provider charge that does not match the recorded order.

9. Digital delivery and fulfilment

Full games are accessed from the purchasing account’s library after confirmed payment. There are no physical shipments or courier charges. An internet connection and a compatible browser are required. Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or faults; contact us about missing access.

10. Cancellation and withdrawal

You can cancel an eligible unpaid order from your account. A paid-order cancellation is reviewed under our refund policy and applicable law. Closing a page does not reverse a payment. These terms do not purport to waive statutory withdrawal rights through a general acceptance checkbox. Current products have no recurring subscriptions.

11. Returns, refunds, and remedies

There is no physical return for a browser-game licence. Contact us about duplicate charges, failed delivery, material defects, or misdescription. We investigate and provide appropriate assistance or remedies. Approved refunds use the original payment route where possible. A refunded game item loses access unless another qualifying purchase exists; mandatory rights take priority.

12. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, exploit other customers, submit malicious content, make fraudulent payments, or use accounts unlawfully. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate substantiated misuse, with proportionate notice and review where feasible. Restrictions do not remove applicable refund or consumer rights.

13. Privacy, cookies, and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains account, order, support, and technical data. Essential session and cart cookies support the service. Transactional messages concern your account or order; marketing requires an appropriate separate choice. Do not include sensitive payment credentials in support requests.

14. Availability, accuracy, and warranties

We aim to describe games accurately and maintain reasonable service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, perpetual availability, specific commercial results, or compatibility with every browser. Statutory conformity obligations and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

15. Liability and events beyond control

To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded, including applicable fraud, deliberate misconduct, or protected consumer claims. Events outside reasonable control may affect performance; we will take reasonable steps to limit disruption and consider appropriate remedies.

16. Governing law and disputes

The operator is based in Shenzhen, China. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to the mandatory consumer protections and court rights of your place of residence where they apply. Contact us first so we can investigate a concern. Nothing here requires you to give up non-waivable dispute-resolution rights.

17. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will identify material changes where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights under existing purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. For questions, contact zhangmeiy2026@outlook.com. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
